Custom Search Engines
This search engine will locate resumes with the given keywords; you can use Boolean operators as well. It has two refinements. The first refinement will look for resumes with email addresses, show and highlight the emails. The second will look for and highlight the phone numbers. Enjoy!
This search engine automatically triggers looking for excel lists of people with contact info, including phone numbers and email addresses. Try an experimental site built on top of it: http://hiddenleads.com
Hidden Resumes
This search engine takes advantage of URL templates one can use in custom search engines. You can discover some resumes that are almost impossible to locate by “ordinary” Google search. Try this experimental site: http://hiddenresumes.com
Software Engineers in the Bay Area
My business partner and friend Julia of Brain Gain Recruiting won the first SourceCon Challenge in 2011 by submitting the best custom search engine – the one that voting and a team of judges unanimously found to bring up the best, most diverse results. It searches for software engineers in the Bay Area; you only need to provide keywords that are specific to your job. Try it out:

Jigsaw Trial & Custom Search Engine:
If you are a member and are looking to get points, you may want to try this out. Jigsaw Rainmaker’s Search Engine: This search engine will help you to find lists of people with names, titles, companies, and contact information. Use some keywords – which could be titles (like “director”), and/or target companies (accenture.com OR deloitte.com), or anything you’d expect to find in lists of people with contact info. Then, use one of the refinements: Excel (more likely to get results on target) or PDF (more false positives but you will hit results others wouldn’t).
