Sourcing Services

I provide sourcing on a contract basis – and I love sourcing!

In the last year or so I have sourced:  software engineers, marketing managers, Chemistry PhD’s, non-technical sales executives, technical writers, Energy Managers, gas pipeline specialists, channel managers, an Ethic Board chairman, production support engineers, recruiters for truck drivers, packaging engineers, Quality Assurance managers, SAP consultants… you name it.

“Irina is a highly skilled Researcher and Name Sourcer who does not need a lot of direction. Tell her what you need and she takes care of the rest. Not only is she on top of her game but she’s also fast and accurate. Two thumbs up!” Craig

“Your work was awesome! Thank you so much. You definitely exceeded our expectations. We look forward to continued partnership. We are excited!” Heidi

“I have to say, you are amazing.  By far the BEST researcher I’ve ever worked with.  Congrats and very much appreciated.  I will call ONLY you moving forward.” Andre

If I run a sourcing contract for you, I would need a list of typical titles, including: synonyms; geography; (optionally) target companies, typical profile keywords, certifications or memberships those people may have.

I will provide you with lists of contacts with names, titles, companies, and locations (or profiles, or resumes, depending on what works best for you). I am happy to explain how I collect this information if this is of interest. I charge by the hour (preferred) or by the name.

I am also open to general Internet research or name-generation projects.

I am happy to discuss sourcing projects with you. Please call or email to discuss.

Starting in 2012 I take on new projects only with at least 40 hours (that can be spread out over 1-2 months).  I am also available on part-time monthly retainer.

Ready to proceed? Please order your sourcing services.
