Good news! We woke up to #opentowork LinkedIn members becoming visible in Google:
I am pretty sure Google picks the hashtag from shares, so results will miss many, but – it will find many too!
Here is a CSE to find the profiles: https://bit.ly/Opentowork
By the way, I am open to work. 🙂 I am looking for new clients for sourcing and training projects. Please feel free to reach out!

Great!
Hi Irina. My testing of this suggests that we’re finding these people because they are using the actual hashtag in their LinkedIn Headline (or Summary or elsewhere in profile) which then makes it keyword searchable (either within LinkedIn or via Google). The ‘green badge’ is being applied as a result of the back-end setting – which you can only filter in the full Recruiter Corporate. Do you agree with my thinking or am I missing something?

Rachel,
Yes but not just! It is searchable from people’s status updates (members are prompted to share their #opentowork status when they set it). If Google indexes a profile at the right time, it will capture the status.
